A fruit tree native to Indonesia. The fruit is beloved by Indonesian people
and is commonly sold in markets. Among Indonesian woods,
it is extremely hard and heavier than standard lumber, making production
difficult. However, it is ideal for cutlery and similar products that require
durability even in thin applications.
CUTLERY (Sao wood)
In consideration of the environment, rather than felling sawo trees for cutlery production, only aged trees that no longer bear fruit or timber from home demolitions is used.
Manufactured from trees sourced from private donors rather than commercial logging.
