Heat distribution—Aluminum cookware
Aluminum has excellent thermal conductivity (approx. 13 times that of stainless steel),
so the entire pot heats gradually. Minimal temperature variance inside,
making it ideal for soup preparation. Thicker plate stock disperses heat better,
reducing sticking and burning.

Use neutral detergent for cleaning. Alkaline detergents may cause corrosion.
About aluminum discoloration
Aluminum can react with minerals and ions in water, causing the surface to darken.
This is called discoloration. It has no effect on health or food flavor.
It is safe to use as-is, but you can remove it by rubbing with a cut lemon.
Alternatively, boil with rice-washing water or vegetable scraps during initial use to form a protective layer,
reducing discoloration.
Once current unmarked inventory is depleted, products will be replaced with marked versions (interior).

IH models 15cm and 18cm may not be compatible with all induction cooktops.
