Easy to Clean
Iron has excellent oil seasoning and durability, making it ideal for high-heat cooking.
After use, avoid washing with detergent as it removes the seasoned oil.
While the pan is still warm, rinse with hot water,
dry thoroughly, and store.
Iron Frying Pan
Iron Wok
Cast iron retains heat exceptionally well once warmed, making it ideal for
slow cooking and residual-heat cooking. The bumps (picos) on the inside of the lid
circulate moisture throughout, enabling
waterless cooking. Well-seasoned for searing and stir-frying
as well.
Cast Iron Pot (Staub)
Iron coated and fired with a glassy enamel glaze.
Combines the strength of iron with the corrosion and acid resistance of glass.
Strong impacts such as dropping can damage the coating โ
handle with care.
